We measure all of our WordPress support services in ‘support tasks’ - updating the phone number in your header and footer might be a single support task, while a larger task, like installing and configuring a contact form on your website may require you to purchase 2-3 support tasks. When you submit a request for work to be done, we will let you know how many 'support tasks' you need to purchase for us to complete the task.
Step 1: Enquire
Submit an enquiry and let us know what you need done. Be as detailed as possible, and provide any logins or access that we'll need.
Step 2: Quote
We’ll send you a quote letting you know how many ‘support tasks’ you need to purchase, along with a link for you to purchase them.
Step 3: Purchase Support Tasks
If you’re happy with the quote, you’ll jump online and purchase the required quantity of ‘support tasks’ to complete the job.
Step 4: Relax
Once we receive your order, it gets entered into our ticketing system to be completed. You will be contacted once it is done.

How do I make my WordPress website more secure?
There are a number of different ways you can make a WordPress website more secure. Firstly, select a reputable website hosting company that knows how to look after WordPress websites and make sure that you are keeping your plugins updated.

How do WordPress themes work?
WordPress themes are the template or structure / layout of your website. They dictate where things sit on your website like the header, your logo, the navigation bar etc. Often changing elements of your theme – like colours or fonts – will be reasonably easy, but changing something structural like the location of your logo will be more difficult and require custom coding.
If you think of your website as a house – your website hosting is the land that it sits on, your website theme is the framework of the house and your content is your furniture. Making a structural change to your website is like knocking down a wall and requires a professional.
What is a WordPress child theme?
When making structural changes to a WordPress theme, it is best practice to set up a child theme and complete the changes on the child theme rather than the parent (main) theme.
Just like plugins, themes or templates need updates from time to time – to make them more secure, to give you access to new features and to make them more compatible with core WordPress updates. If you have made custom changes to your WordPress theme and you update it, then you risk losing those custom changes as the theme update will overwrite them. If you make the changes on a child theme then you can update the parent theme without losing your custom changes.
I want to add an online shop to my website, do I need to build a new website?
